Interested candidates can send resumes to: Hire@cubic-art Bid Management Officer Job description: Level Senior Bid Management Officer Reporting to PreSales Manager Location Jordan Department Business Development Main Objective: The Bid Management Officer is responsible to create, research, gather and organize information from many sources, assigns priorities to the work, and transmits the data to the appropriate support group (Sales, Presales and Operation). Performs typing and ensures the timelines of the final product for proposals, capability statements, marketing documents and Client requested qualifications documents. Must have excellent use of the English language and excellent writing skills. An ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner is essential. Hands-on ability to use various software for word processing, spreadsheets and templates creation is required to help produce final proposals in a demanding time frame. A strong work ethic is essential. Must have the flexibility to meet the challenges of fluctuating workloads and multiple assignments with tight deadlines that may require non-standard work hours. Reviews bid and qualifications request documents and determines what should be included in response to Requests for Proposal (RFP). Assigns responsibilities for responding to the request documents to each team member and follow up. Main Responsibilities To manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities Receiving RFPs from Sales and Building Schedule for Q&A and proposal Delivery Review the RFP general Terms such as Project duration constraints, Bid Bond, References and Partnerships Maintain and update the leads’ pipeline and the proposals’/leads’ status on a daily basis Prepare the final bid document in compliance with the tender specifications and the requirements obtained from the client Evaluate bids to ensure they are complete, accurate and responsive Prepare interim reports and upon-request reports Follow up with Account Managers to get Q&A and The status for Submitted proposals Coordinate with third parties to get their part of the proposed solution Compile the needed CVs, Case Studies, references and Appendixes To make sure that all Bid related documents are uploaded to Bid Management Information System Enhance the Bid Management Process and Qualification Criteria Manage inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, presales and operations Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all required documents are included in the final proposal to the customer Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post contract award Helps maintain current resumes on personnel, job descriptions, company and corporate organization charts and other standard materials for proposals. Inputs to existing Bid management Information system Ensures that technical writing and layout standards for documents and presentations are maintained in a consistent manner Skills / Attributes Required BS Computer Science or equivalent Excellent organizational and time management skills A positive attitude to dealing with people Capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual Relevant related work experience. This may include experience in editing, writing, publishing, or marketing support functions for IT Company or active participation in proposal development from a technical or commercial standpoint. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite of programs (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is essential.
