Big Lennon News! Over the past few months, we have felt the stirring of change. Upon our arrival back to America after serving 2 years in Thailand, our full intention was to labor alongside those at Encounter for years to come. Recently, it has become clear that the Lord has other plans. As a result of months of praying, listening, and seeking wise counsel, we believe the Lord has spoken to our hearts and opened a door for us to carry out His calling on our lives. With that said, we have accepted the role of Outreach Pastors at Discover Life Church in Akron, Ohio, with the plan to become the lead pastors of their first satellite church in the future. While our hearts are saddened by our leaving Encounter, our hearts also rejoice in the new thing the Lord is doing. We ask that you rejoice with us! We love you Encounter, and look forward to seeing God’s plan continue to unfold for you. We sincerely thank Pastor Michael and Gale Beth, as well as the entire leadership team at Encounter; you are precious to our family. Discover Life, we are anticipating great things! Many thanks to Pastor Rob and Jenn Deveney for this opportunity to serve at DLC. This may be yet another change in our lives, but this one thing remains. We are simply one family whose hearts cry out to be obedient and pleasing to our Father. In Thailand, in Streetsboro, or in Akron, we remain one family with one God dream—to reach those who have yet to know of His great love!
