Big boy Adlers 1st day of preschool!!! Its 2 days a week from 9 am until noon. Beckem practiced too, in hopes he will get to attend one day a week;-) Pray that he will! He needs it! Beckem and I came back home and we were able to complete several activities before he had his developmental therapist at 9:45. It was so much easier for Beckem to focus without any distractions. He worked/ played really well for ms Karrie. We were kind of pushing him at the end to finish pointing at some pictures (after he told us several times he was finished). We pushed on, and the little stinker put his hands over his ears and grinned!! Hes a mess! When we picked up Adler at noon, I said did you obey??? His reply was perfectly rehearsed from our talks last night and this morning: ye-yes! I obey ms bu-reeee!! (Ms Bri:-) Im just wondering....why would caring for 2 toddlers be SO much more exhausting than one? I know it was only 3 hours, but gosh, one kid is a breeze!! Usually they are going as quickly as they can in opposite directions making a path of destruction. Youd think Id be skinnier from chasing after them all day!! Im certainly not complaining though. Im playfully saying it is exhausting, but I am grateful beyond words for every second I get to spend with all of my boys. God has certainly given me far more than I deserve. 💙
