***Big decisions on the horizon*** We are thinking very heavily of selling the store or closing it. I am realizing that my presence is needed at home more than its needed to run a business. These last 2 weeks have been a real eye opener. The thought of losing a child to cancer, made me realize that nothing in this world is as important as being home with my kids, cherishing every moment. Yesterday, we were faced with the possibility that our child may have only 3-4 years to live. I cant begin to tell you what that did to me. They still dont know what is wrong with my AJ, and it still may be cancer. They have to biopsy the 2 tumors in his leg to find out exactly what they are, and if they are benign or malignant. This is one of the hardest things we have ever been through. If you remember, our 7 year old daughter also has a rare disease that has recently flared up, and will need medical care out of state. We thought that was going to take a toll on the family, then we got the double punch of this unknown with our son. Being the mom that my kids need is my first priority and the time needed to be a successful business owner is very intense. So in juggling the two, one is going to get the short end of the stick. I guarantee you it wont be my kids. Baby Bump is very special to me. Ive built it from the ground up. Its not an easy decision, nor is it a final one right now, but we are leaning heavily towards closing/selling. I wanted you all to know what we are thinking, and will keep you informed every step of the way. If we close, it will be at the end of this year. Please continue to pray for our family, for health & strength and to make the best decisions for everyone.
