Big/small organizations and institutions always experience costs of poor selection of people on the Team.Costs of a poor selection are always staggering and it takes alot of time and energy to fix it.Effects of a poor selection range from taking alot of time,mental and emotional energies trying to fix it to other costs like cost of declining performance and missed opportunities,cost of recruiting,selecting and training a new person.Most importantly-the cost to morale-other people suffer when a poor performer is on the team.They easily become discouraged.I think thats a caution to take in!!!
