Bigcommerce has identified an issue stemming from a database cluster upgrade that subsequently caused a subset of stores to experience outages and/or degraded performance. The Bigcommerce Tech Operations and Engineering teams are currently working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. We apologize to all who have been impacted by this outage and are committed to providing more details about the cause of the issue as well as steps being taken to prevent future disruptions as we continue to investigate the root cause.
