Bill Crowther nominated me for the 5 day positivity challenge. With 5 days leading up to the wedding this could be interesting! Ill start now since Ive had a good day... 1. Yesterday I snuck off to the lake and did my first swim in 10 weeks. I didnt tell Karl incase the consequence was that today I didnt feel well. Well, today I felt GREAT. (Shoulders ache a bit, but no fatigue or swollen organs #progress) 2. The Hull Daily Mail came to film me today to make a video clip for the pride of East Yorkshire awards. #humbled 3. Had a friend come round this evening. Was lovely to have laughter and a catch up. #blessed.
