Bill D Crismon Age 89 Born 12/ 25/ 1925 Passed away 12/29/2014 Dad Dad if my health permitted it, I would be there today, to express before family and friends how much you meant to me. I really never thought of Dad as my step-father, He was just my dad. In the world of men he was a man of honor, he was a man’s man, respected by all who knew him. He married my mom, Norma Clabaugh Crimson, on December 30, 1947. He accepted me as his son, promising to love me forever as he promised to love my mother. Through the years growing up he was who I looked up to, respected, my hero, my defender, and when I did wrong he would steer me in the right direction. I learned much by watching him, he taught me how to be a working man. I love him for being my dad, for choosing to be my Dad. I am very grateful that my mother loved and married him. I am blessed and honored to have called him Dad. Dad, out of love, duty and dedication, you stayed the course, despite obstacles and frustrations, you were a wonderful father to me and to my brothers and in my heart there will always be a special place just for you.
