Bill OReilly: You’re making a powerful argument, but there is - TopicsExpress

Bill OReilly: You’re making a powerful argument, but there is one huge mistake in it. And that is that some of the people who don’t have enough to eat, it’s their fault they don’t have enough to eat. Particularly with their children. Hes implying that Jesus wouldnt want them to be fed simply because they brought it upon themselves. The Jesus I know and love wouldnt hold something from someone because of their actions. He commands us to love everyone. To have this idea that Jesus only gives to those who are worthy is dumb. I used to feel that Jesus needed to give his attention to those most in need- which I didnt think included me because I had parents and family who loved me, I was a good kid with good grades. I used to think Jesus needed to give his attention to the people who were considered bad. I know now that Jesus gives His love to ALL. Regardless of what you do. And He asks that we do the same. So pardon me, Bill OReilly, if I dont believe you and trust your opinion of what Jesus would want in the situation of FEEDING THE HUNGRY.
