Bill Russell, MD, Director of Pediatric Endocrinology and Diabetes at Vanderbilt University and TrialNet Principal Investigator, will be speaking at the JDRF Type 1 Nation in Nashville, Tennessee on January 10th, 2015. He will cover both current theories on the causes of type 1 diabetes and TrialNet prevention trials. Dr. Russell will be answering questions and encouraging relatives of people with type 1 diabetes to participate in the TrialNet Pathway to Prevention Study.
