We are currently looking to fill the position of Billing Clerk (term) Accountabilities: The Billing Clerk will be accountable for processing customer billing information, analyzing billing data and providing resolution to billing issues. You will provide a high level of administrative support to the territory in the areas of MJOs and MVA billings. You will be accountable for update and maintenance of various territory tracking spreadsheets. You will also be responsible for time entry for a portion of the business unit. Good judgment, initiative, confidentiality, work ethic, and the ability to meet deadlines are of prime importance. You will be required to perform at a high level of competency and independence. You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of your co-workers by observing all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations. You will be accountable for environmental performance as it relates to the environmental management system processes and initiatives. Skills, Capabilities and Experience: This position requires a minimum of Grade XII education or equivalent, office administration training, and a minimum of two years of experience. You must be proficient with data entry and various Microsoft packages(Excel/Word/Outlook). You are a detailed-oriented individual, working to a high standard. You possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills. You are extremely organized, with a strong ability to multi-task. Strong communication skills (oral, written and computer) are required.
