Birthday Bundt - Marble Moments! ****************************************** Gifted myself a traditional style Bundt pan this new years and baked my very first Vanilla Chocolate Bundt Cake to celebrate my Uncles birthday at our place today! Did not make the cake from scratch and used Duncan Hines Fudge Marble Cake mix to make this and followed Duncan Hines recipe for the marble bundt cake from the internet! The lunch menu was a mix of things. So not posting it now but have leftovers and will post them during the week as we enjoy them. The menu included: -Tomato-Beetroot-Carrot-Basil soup with Bread & Butter (posted the recipe earlier) -Bombay Biryani (chicken)with potato-peanut raita -Palak Paneer -Cucumber Salad -Whole Tilapia fish fried with an Assamese style Mustard sauce ( recipe in the next post) - Warm Indian spiced lemon honey herbs black tea with my bundt cake
