Bishop Fred Willis Washington officially addressed the Minnesota Jurisdiction during its 90th Annual Holy Convocation, “IN RELENTLESS PURSUIT OF THE THINGS OF GOD: GOING AFTER GOD” (SAMUEL 6:1-19) I wish to encourage the saints of God today to relentlessly pursue the things God has for us. How many believe God has some great things for you? Let us be in relentless pursuit of the things of God. In our Scripture text, David sat out to bring the Ark back to Jerusalem to restore it to a place of prominence in the eyes of the nation. The Ark represented the power and presence of God. David realized that Israel needed God if the nation were going to be happy and prosperous. Saints we need God. We need His presence. We need His power. Let us go after God. Let us pursue the things of God. In these times the church needs to go after God as never before! If we are to go after God, we must do what God says to do, and stop doing what God says not to do.
