Bishop Holton about a minute ago ARE YOU IN THE GOSPEL SHIP? You know it is wonderful to have Christ In you, yet it is POWERFUL to be In The Spirit of Christ. AMEN: Christ In you, there is a warfare going on with the flesh and The Spirit: The first Adam was a living soul, the second Adam (Christ) is a QUICKENING SPIRIT, He was born that way, but still was BAPTIZED in WATER receiving THE HOLY GHOST, and POWER (Authority) with THE FATHER, to do His will. A man approved of God, full of Grace and Truth. AMEN: Acts 10:34-38 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him. The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:) That word, I say, ye know, which was published throughout all Judaea, and began from Galilee, after the baptism which John preached; How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. Acts 2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know. AMEN. Romans 1:1-4 Paul, a servant of Jesus Christ, called to be an apostle, separated unto the gospel of God, (Which he had promised afore by his prophets in the holy scriptures,) Concerning his Son Jesus Christ our Lord, which was made of the seed of David according to the flesh; And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead. AMEN. 2 Corinthians 13:4 For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you. WE NEED GOD’S APPROVAL, ALSO. AMEN. 2 Thessalonians 1:11 Wherefore also we pray always for you, that our God would count you worthy of this calling, and fulfil all the good pleasure of his goodness, and the work of faith with power. AMEN. 2 Timothy 2:14-16 Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the Lord that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness. Now we do understand being “IN CHRIST” in POWERFUL? Being sold-out to Him, we where brought with a price “THE PRECIOUS BLOOD of CHRIST”, (God’s own Blood). Now we have fully surrender unto His Ownership, and not our own any more. Put our life fully In Him, having His mind, In His Care. Fully become His Holy Vessel to “LIVE IN”, obeying His every command. Receiving and believing Him going forward (now His Vessel), In Spirit, with a Spirit and mind that have no limitations, we believing what He say, He is more then able to do, because it is HIS FAITH. Our faith in oneness, believing IN HIS FAITH (faith to faith, removes limitations). AMEN. Acts 17:28-30 For in him we live, and move, and have our being; as certain also of your own poets have said, For we are also his offspring. Forasmuch then as we are the offspring of God, we ought not to think that the Godhead is like unto gold, or silver, or stone, graven by art and mans device. And the times of this ignorance God winked at; but now commandeth all men every where to repent. AMEN. In Him, His way is easy, and His burden is light. AMEN. In Him personally, and in ministry: Matthew 11:28-30 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light. Matthew 16:24-26 Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul? Mark 1:17 And Jesus said unto them, Come ye after me, and I will make you to become fishers of men. Mark 10:15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein. AMEN. John 7:37-38 In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. John 14:28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I. Acts 1:8 But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth. DIE THE FIRST DEATH, ESCAPING THE SECOND DEATH. AMEN. John 6:65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life. BELOVED, saddle it in your heart once and for all (LORD GOD, I surrender all of me, myself, and I), LORD You brought and paid for my redemption, with God own Blood, I am not my own anymore, not of this world anymore, but a member of Your Holy Body, separated from sinners, sanctified, and as Holy as The Blood that cover my past sins, and proclaimed to be The Righteousness of God Himself, “In Christ Jesus”. LORD, You are able to keep what I have committed unto You, and I can now rest “In You”, knowing that right now I am “IN CHRIST, HID IN GOD” forever. Sealed with The Precious Holy Spirit until The Day of Redemption, BLESS YOUR HOLY AL-POWERFUL NAME. AMEN. Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. Hebrews 7:26-28 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens; Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the peoples: for this he did once, when he offered up himself. For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore. Matthew 6:30-33 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Romans 1:16-17 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. Romans 3:23-26 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. Romans 10:3 For they being ignorant of Gods righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God. 1 Corinthians 15:34 Awake to righteousness, and sin not; for some have not the knowledge of God: I speak this to your shame. 2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him. 2 Timothy 1:12 For the which cause I also suffer these things: nevertheless I am not ashamed: for I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day. LIFE AND DEATH, AND BENEFITS OF BEING AND LIVING “IN THE SPIRIT IN CHRIST”. AMEN. Romans 8:1-13 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are “in Christ Jesus”, who walk not after the flesh, but after “the Spirit”. For the law of “the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus” hath made me “free” from the law of sin and death. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: That the righteousness of the law might be “fulfilled in us”, who walk not after the flesh, but after “the Spirit”. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after “the Spirit the things of the Spirit”. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be “spiritually minded” is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. But ye are not in the flesh, but “in the Spirit”, if so be that “the Spirit of God dwell in you”. Now if any man have not “the Spirit of Christ”, he is none of his. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but “the Spirit is life because of righteousness”. But if “the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you”, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also “quicken your mortal bodies” by his Spirit that dwelleth in you. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through “the Spirit” do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live. One may say, how does one get In The Spirit? Through the New Birth, you just read it (Christ be In you), our mind was not made New in The New Birth. Be ye transformed by the “The Renewing of your mind”, our old mind program hinder us from totally surrendering, it also have to be transformed, we can’t add our carnal knowledge to The Mind of Christ, and expect Spiritual manifestations. the Great, educated Apostle Paul learned this: Philippians 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of “the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord”: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that “I may win Christ”, Philippians 2:5-11 Let this mind be in you, which was also “in Christ Jesus”: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. (There are two deaths here, the heath unto His will to do The Father’s will, and The Death of The cross, our mind need to be transformed by totally obeying The Spirit) TO BE GREATLY USED OF THE LORD, SOME NEEDED TO BE BROKEN, BEFORE TRAINING, TO SERVE THE LORD IN SPIRIT AND IN TRUTH. AMEN. 1 Corinthians 1:26-29 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are: That no flesh should glory in his presence. FOR IF PART OF OUR DEEDS OF THE FLESH STILL LIVE (ME, MYSELF, I): 2 Corinthians 4:11 For we which live are alway delivered unto death for Jesus sake, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our mortal flesh. 2 Corinthians 5:14-16 For the love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for all, then were all dead: And that he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which died for them, and rose again. Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we him no more. 2 Corinthians 7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God. Galatians 2:16 Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ, that we might be justified by the faith of Christ, and not by the works of the law: for by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified. Galatians 2:20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. 1 Peter 4:12-19 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you: But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christs sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy. If ye be reproached for the name of Christ, happy are ye; for the spirit of glory and of God resteth upon you: on their part he is evil spoken of, but on your part he is glorified. But let none of you suffer as a murderer, or as a thief, or as an evildoer, or as a busybody in other mens matters. Yet if any man suffer as a Christian, let him not be ashamed; but let him glorify God on this behalf. For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? And if the righteous scarcely be saved, where shall the ungodly and the sinner appear? Wherefore let them that suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as unto a faithful Creator. LORD, YOU ARE THE CAPTAIN, of this Gospel Ship, on the way home, I m in it with safe passage, name written in The Book of Life, complete In You, LORD JESUS, for You have satisfied The Father In His Righteousness, even a Blood Offering for sin, UNTO You LORD, POWER, TRIUMPH, VICTORY, AND GLORY. AMEN, AMEN, AND AMEN. ARE YOU IN THIS GOSPEL SHIP, with “THE CAPTAIN”? Hebrews 2:6-11 But one in a certain place testified, saying, What is man, that thou art mindful of him? or the son of man, that thou visitest him? Thou madest him a little lower than the angels; thou crownedst him with glory and honour, and didst set him over the works of thy hands: Thou hast put all things in subjection under his feet. For in that he put all in subjection under him, he left nothing that is not put under him. But now we see not yet all things put under him. But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man. For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, WE SEE A LION, AND THEN WE ALSO SEE A LION-COB, WE CANNOT SAY THAT THE CUB IS NOT A LION, FOR HE IS THE OFFSPRING? Amen. 1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light: 1 John 3:1-3 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure. We can believe in all The Names of God, but FATHER GOD, who created all things, by His spoken Word, has given His spoken Word a Name (JESUS): LORD JESUS, In Your Spirit, we pray unto The Father, In Oneness, for the hearers of this word, that they maybe recovered, delivered, set-apart, separated, freed from all sin. Living Holy, In You, establishing The Law, and over-coming the world. In The Gospel Ship, You as our Captain, on the way Home, for You are “The Way”, The Truth, and The Life. Our Souls say. AMEN, AMEN & AMEN, LORD GOD. Written by: Bishop Holton
