Bishop Yvon Ambroise and Father Dominic Arul Valan have filed a case against Mr. S. Peter Raj in the Supreme Court of India on 18.09.2013. The Diray Number is 29837/2013. Mr. S. Peter Raj has been working for the welfare of the teachers. He fought for justice. Since he asked several questions about the illegalities of “THE TUTICORIN DIOCESAN ASSOCIATION” which enjoys a lot of privileges on the basis of minority right, he was dismissed on 24.08.1998 from service on fabricated charges. He filed cases before the court of law for getting justice. Writ Petitions 14632/98, 3427/2006, 1421/2012 and Writ Appeal 223/2013 & Review Petition 50/2013 were disposed in favour of the petitioner, Mr. S. Peter Raj. Since the petitioner was not reinstated as per the court order, the contempt petition 573/2013 was filed in the Madurai Bench of Madras High court. On 27.08.2013 the Manager and Superintendent requested time for filing SLP in the Supreme court of law. Hence the contempt case was scheduled to be listed on 12.09.2013. Unfortunatley the case was not listed on 12.09.2013. In the mean time we have found the diary number 29837/2013 in the site of Supreme Court of India. This case is under scruitiny. It is strange that the Bishop is spending the money being swindled from the teachers to go against the teachers. Three months back, for getting salary, the management showed the DEO an SR number to tell that they had filed case. But the Education Department was clever to understand the trick of the managment. AVE MARIA thinks that the management may show this diary number to the Tuticorin DEO to get salary for the teachers. We think that this time also the Department will be careful in dealing with the issues developed now on this case. The public knows that the Diary Number of the Supreme Court is not final.
