Bismillah. -The issue of bayah had been cleared By Shaykh Adnani (may Allah protect him). So if one would look at who disobey look at JN - The quoted statement of Shaykh Osama may Allah raise his rank in Jannatul Firdaws: when a man leads a Dawlah and scholars in this country accept the decision, the decision is valid. NOTE of the THIS COUNTRY we have to know that the situation of Afghanistan and Syria are different. Syria has lots of jihadst group. Do you expect FSA and JN to agree with ISIS? DO you expect the so-called scholars who backed other jihadist group to support ISIS? LOGIC: WE CANNOT THINK AND SAY THAT NONE OF THE SCHOLARS WHO ARE IN SYRIA SUPPORTED ISIS. - SCHOLARS IN THIS COUNTRY would mean that IS doesnt need scholars from other countries to validate the Khilafah! - the issue of a Khalifa being of Qurayshi. WE DONT GO AGAINST THE IJMA OF SAHABA (Im quoting a statement from a brother where he also quoted from Shaykhul Islam ibn taymiyyah). so the Khalifa should be a Qurayshi. NOTE: this is just my reflection over the statement released by AQ media. The points that I mentioned are the things which I see contradicting. IN THE END, I WOULD SAY DAWLATAL ISLAM BAAQIYAH!
