Today I was sitting near the mall with Jerica, sharing a cigarette, when some strung out and particularly disagreeable old man started ranting out the window of the car he was in at us. He went on and on about how unhealthy smoking is, gesturing wildly while he spat out insults. The woman behind the wheel looked apologetic & embarrassed but he was intent on harassing us. So I looked him right in the eyes for a moment, took a deep drag and let it out, pointedly raising my all-natural cigarette out for him to see. "This is healthier for me than your dinner will be for you. Look it up." The lady driving burst out laughing and he looked dumbfounded for a moment before simply shutting his mouth and averting his eyes. That. Was hilarious.
