Blah... Gotta keep a very detailed food and exercise diary for two weeks then make an appointment with a nutritionist. Ive been training like a beast, lifting heavy, doing HIIT, walking several miles a day, SCA twice a week, and now Im starting some p90x. Ive been eating mostly clean, tons of veggies, lots of chicken and turkey, and cut back my dessert consumption to having a bite of Dans instead of an entire dessert. I treat once a week, and its usually having a sandwich, or in this weeks case, pasta. But... Im still not losing weight or inches. I dropped 5lbs immediately when I started paleo and now Ive plateaued. Either Im not eating enough (which I suspect is the case) or that one treat a week is shooting myself in the foot. I seriously cant imagine having a sandwich and two bites of pie could halt all progress, but we will see.
