Blame, pointing fingers, etc...all meaningless when someone is killed by a decision that could have been different. Tony Stewarts car hits an agry driver who is walking, with his two feet, on a racetrack. Only thing I believe that needs to be said is this is a Dramatic reminder/moment, that should teach us all. Confrontations while angry NEVER end positive! Do NOT confront when anger is present between two parties! Unfortunately many of us seem to learn this slowly as the years acquire.... Life would be more pleasant for all of us if this golden rule was practiced (including by me).
