Blimey, knock me down with the feather...... got onto HMRC at 0800 today, put through to three different folk, told to phone a different number. The fourth person sorted the problem in about 10 seconds...... why has it taken months and months and hours and hours to get this??? Maybe Im totally stupid and dense, but come on. It just shows that the issue could of been resolved quickly if I had got the right person in the first place. Relieved its sorted so we are within the deadline, but miffed that it took so long.
