Blind adherence to the idea of blood is thicker than water is surely one of the root causes for much evil (ego fixation) and suffering perpetrated in this world... Funny how our brother Jesus is reported to have told us to drink wine AS his blood. He very astutely addressed this issue, didnt he ? ;) But then again, most ideologues dont bother with paying attention to what they say (or write as in this example), fixating on what they WANT to have said instead. This explains why such a damning remark is left in the new testament. Hehe Another fine example how great is G*d our Father indeed. No matter how hard we try to hide Him behind our egos... hes just annoyingly... there ! XD
