Bloomberg has invented a new source of revenue for the City of New York ... Instead of fighting crime, the NYPD has been enlisted to issue tickets to bicycle riders, leveling fines at the same price as those issued to motorist driving automobiles, despite the huge difference in the extent of damage that they can cause! According to one police officer, their performance is reviewed based upon the number of tickets they issue per hour and if they do not issue enough, they are disciplined. Bloomberg has to go!!! He should move to another planet where he can work on improving his own issues!!!
