"Bloomfield Township-based real estate company Princeton Enterprises LLC is expanding its downtown footprint. The company, which owns multiple apartment complexes in Detroit, has purchased the Grand Park Centre office building at 28 W. Adams St., said CEO Matthew Lester. The purchase includes a 100,000-square-foot main office tower and a 70,000- square-foot annex, which includes parking, and a nearby surface parking lot on Woodward."
