Blue Spring, Eminence Missouri. Being quite tired from riding, I took a little jaunt to the tiniest Wal-Mart that I have ever seen. Along the way back to camp my truck spotted a sign that read Blue Spring four miles thataway. Of course, having a mind of its own, the truck charged off down this country road that quickly became a gravel trail down a steep mountain towards the river. At one point in our descent, the truck stopped dead in the middle of this path to allow a turtle to cross. These turtoes are fast scramblers, all four legs whirling at once to propel them onward. He was too fast for me to snap a pix. At the very bottom of this mountain the river appeared, with the blue spring boiling out of the water. Thanx, Truck!
