Bluedogs 2015 Championship Predator Hunt consists of 3 hunts - dates are: Jan 31-Feb1 Feb 28-March 1 March 28-29 Entry fee is $200 per team per hunt. A team is one or two people and must have at least one member 18 years or older. Each team member must travel in the same vehicle. We will be using single point system 1 Predator =1 point. Ties will be broken with heaviest coyote. There will be 1st and 2nd place pay out for each hunt. **There will be a separate pot for the heaviest dog, and heaviest bobcat. $25 dollars per man per pot with 100% payback.** To be eligible for Championship prize, at least one person from each team must participate in all 3 hunts. Championship prize will be 20% of all 3 hunts and new personalized Bluedog Carhart Jackets. The tagging system will be used for this hunt. Which consist of having a number of playing cards, zip ties, and zip lock baggies, which you sign the card at the time of the kill put it in the baggie and put it down the Predator’s throat and zip tie their mouth shut. Bluedog will furnish cards. If Predators are not marked as instructed at the time of check in your team will be disqualified. 1. Each team member must sign a liability form at the initial meeting on Saturday January 31, 2015. This will be held from 9-10 a.m. at Bluedog Arms & Defense. It’s your responsibility! 2. Teams must line up in an orderly fashion as they return to the check in point. This point will be clearly marked. 3. All teams must check in no later than 2:00 p.m. on second day of hunt. A satellite clock will be used and held by the chief judge. Late check ins will be disqualified. 4. In the event of a questionable Predator or its method of take, further examination will be done by the judging committee. Decisions are final. 5. Each team member could be required to submit to a polygraph test and abide by the rules. 6. Each team is responsible for providing their location to hunt. 7. All Predators checked in must have been called in and shot by either team member. No trapped, road kill, poisoned, pen raised, snared, or any other means that deviate from calling and shooting a predator from a set with a firearm. This includes shooting from a vehicle or sighting from a vehicle and stepping out of the vehicle to take or attempt to take sighted Predators. This includes 4wheelers. 8. All calls are legal. Night hunting is ok as long as using a call. 9. Teams must know all hunting regulations in the area they are going to hunt, in addition to the contest rules. Teams that are cited for violations will be disqualified as well as any unethical means of take. Know the rules and abide by them. No exceptions. 10.
