Blacks and Latinos have a right to be heard immediately through a political referendum by the presence of signatures on independent nominating petitions of the Freedom Party. 2. The independent nominating petitions of the Freedom Party are the only way for Blacks and Latinos to immediately exercise a political voice in New York City. Political Convention - September 2013 1. Once the Freedom Party is on the ballot, there must be a political convention in September 2013 at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. 2. Many members of the Freedom Party favor Min. Louis Farrakhan as the keynote speaker after the Freedom Party is on the ballot for the general election on November 5, 2013. Political Boycott - October 2013 1. After the political convention in September 2013, a political boycott will be initiated in October 2013 to bring New York City down to its "financial knees". 2. The political convention will have decided the "targets" of the economic boycott and the political agenda. Political Election - November 2013 1. Blacks elected David N. Dinkins as mayor of New York City in November 1989 because the deadline for filing independent nominating petitions had expired by the date of the assassination of Yusef Hawkins in August 1989. 2. With the Freedom Party on the ballot on November 5, 2013, Blacks will end the practices of racial profiling and "stop, [question] and frisk" in New York City.
