Bodgey Stir-Fry Chuck a kg of chicken wings in a crock pot with a generous drizzle of sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce or kecap manis, a good squirt of bbq sauce and honey. Cook on 170°c until sauce is thick and sticky. $1.99 from IGA + sauce cost. Chunk chop 3 mushies, half an onion, half a capsicum, a bit of broccoli, half a carrot, half a Zucchini and a bit of cabbage and stir fry on high in the wok/pan until mushies are wet and zucchini is browning. (bear in mind there is a shit load of chook and noodles too hence the reason for the small amount of veg) Melt 2 tablespoons of peanut butter in the mic and pour in with veg and stir fry for just a few minutes til mixed through. Add one packet (purchased in two packs for $1.98 so 99c) of hokkien noodles and stir through. Serve up with the sticky chicken and drizzle the chicken sauce over the lot. Amazeballs!
