I had a great feeling going into this project, and I see unlimited potential for this book. You are such a talented writer! Every page is to the point, with just the right touch of humor. You made my mouth water when you mentioned Ahi tuna! You know Hawaii is THE place to get your Ahi. Unfortunately, I cant enjoy an Ahi steak at the moment since Im recording this book from mainland China!
