Body before Business! Today. 4 years ago. My world stopped. Angels celebrated, cheered and laughed. A beautiful soul went home. My lovely brother left this world and his human body. He cared about his family. He cared about his business. He cared about other people and so-called friends. He cared about everyone! Except himself... 4 years ago he died of cancer at the age of 35. He left a beautiful woman and 2 amazing children. He left his former family, his mum, his sister, his brother. He built a house, got a family, planted a tree - and went home. Only the good die young! We miss him so sadly - every day! But we MUST carry on! And we carry on. With one thing in mind! We have to take care of ourselves and our health!!! EAT well! MOVE daily! HYDRATE often! SLEEP lots! LOVE your body! REPEAT for life! BODY BEFORE BUSINESS!!! Take care, my lovely friends!
