BodyTech – Bcaa & Glutamine, 6.9 oz powder (Health and Beauty) A book I was reading suggested that I take a BCAA supplement that includes Glutamine. It didn’t recommend a brand and, to my surprise, I discovered that there really aren’t many products that have everything I needed in my BCAA supplement. I ended up looking at this product and realized that it meets my requirements so I purchased it. I purchased it a little too hurriedly, because I didn’t even realize it was in powdered form until I received it! The first time I tried this I drank it with water, which was a horrible choice :S But I also drink Spark (by Advocare) twice daily so once I threw a scoop of this into my daily Spark it the taste was easily masked and I was fine. I would think gatorade or something would have a similar effect to masking the taste, but I definitely recommend mixing this with something! I’m embarassed to admit that I’m not sure what this supplement is supposed to do, but all I can say is as soon as I started taking this I noticed myself toning up a lot more. My forearms started first, and then upper arms, and I was pleased by that so I keep taking it! I have bought like 3 containers of this so far, and don’t plan on cutting this out any time soon.
