So after a long day, I have been sitting here reading messages of support before I finally turn in for the night. I could not be smiling wider and crying harder right now. Seeing Troy by my side every morning, the kids and their quirky, loving selves rub their eyes at the beginning of each day and knowing Im alive with such an outpouring of love from my friends, my family AND total strangers with big hearts... THAT is what makes my life so worth living. Its hard because I know I have little control over how long that is... but no one really gets that much of a say in that, right? We can do what we can in life to stay healthy... exercise, eat right and be the best we can be... but die anyway. Tomorrow or at 98 years of age. Its what we DO with what we have and who we surround ourselves with. I dont want to sound like some motivational speaker, because its really all of you who are my motivation. Its not my place either. I do want to strongly suggest from experience, however, be bloody thankful for what youve got. For me, Ive had to make these considerations and theyve made me a better person every time I reassess: Dont like life? Change it. Dont like who you are? Work on it. Dont like your career path? Turn off the course and do something new. The world will not wait for you to get it right. Thats your choice. Dont strive to be happy. BE HAPPY NOW. I love you all.
