If you have children encourage them to run around and make as much use of their limbs as possible. Gymnastics and dance classes are always a good idea to introduce your child to some basic strength and flexibility work at an early age. if they can learn to manipulate their own body weight, they will develop natural strength and agility that will help prevent accidents and stand them in good stead for the rest of their lives. In later years, stretching exercises are one of the best forms of preventative medicine. They keep joints mobile and help with balance and co-ordination as you get older.
