Boiler plated State Laws, that help one class while harming another. Where then the ruling class then once again profits off the misery created by allowing this oppression through State Legislation to go on to start with. An elites from both parties participate in this group, all though now days, many are trying to distance them selves. Med tort laws, & work comp laws, & the hindering of our civil rights, intentionally, to so called frivolous law suits. Takes away the little folks civil stingers to hold the big boys at bay. Our civil stingers used alone were never worth much to start with, but as we all used them one by one, the big boys started to get the hint, to stop what ever it was that got us at the bottom upset to start with. But, through state med tort laws, those civil stingers are no longer available to us, for some times decades on end. While those who harm us in this mess, all get to hide behind State med tort laws for the abuse being imposed. Is this fair, civil, and just, to keep this system, as it is, pitting folks against each other to a, civil unrest boil point? Just asking as always? And more over?
