Bollywood star Akshay Kumar zeroes in on Dh45m Palm villa Deal has yet to be finalised: Sources Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar has zeroed in on a villa on the tip of one of the fronds of Palm Jumeirah, according to informed sources. The villa, on the tip of Palm Crescent, is up for sale for around Dh45 million. The deal, however, has not been struck yet. “Akshay and Twinkle have seen the villa, but the deal has not been finalised,” sources told Emirates 24|7. If this deal is not done, Twinkle is likely to be in Dubai again over the next few months to check other properties as well. Kumar has professed his love for Dubai at a recent press conference, saying the environment in the emirate was comforting and they felt like being at home.
