Metal Pick of the Week: Livin Garden Livin Garden is a rock band formed in 2006, in Curitiba, Brazil. Their live performances, attitude, and their commitment to quality and good music have given them great opportunities such as sharing the stage with Black Label Society, Blind Guardian, Circle II Circle and Ronny Munroe (Metal Church), as well as being included among the 100 best bands out of 1500 around the world to compete in Sweden Rock Festival’s bands challenge. Livin Garden recently played a great show at M. F. Metal Music along with local groups Incarceration and Burning Braylin. Mucho thanks to Steph and Mario from 3rd Coast Promotions for bringing this awesome band to our little spot in central Arkansas. While it wasnt a huge crowd (it was a Monday night), everyone there was greatly impressed with the tightness and musicianship of Livin Garden. I know I hoping they come back our way again! I am learning more and more that checking out bands that I have never heard of before can be a rewarding experience. For usually around just $5 to $10 it can be very worth your time to get out and see (listen to) an unknown band...they just might become one your favorites!
