Bomachoge Borabu Member of Parliament Joel Omagwa Onyancha has made history by losing his seat twice in two consecutive parliamentary sessions in election petitions. The MP had again lost in the 2007 elections to Samson Ogari of ODM in the larger Bomachoge constituency before it was split. Kisii high court judge justice Edward Muriithi nullified Onyancha’s election for contravention of electoral laws.
