Bone broth has 1 more day on it. Already gelatinizing when cold. (As tested on spoon) will be adding veggies and seasoning to it in the am and taking it out in the evening. Love bone broth and its healing capabilities. :) To make put in 1/4 cup Apple cider vinger for every 1.5 lbs of bones. Then add in a few chicken carcasses, some chicken necks and 5 chicken feet per lb of bones (for collagen) Put in enough water to just cover the bones. Put on low for 24-72 hours. Last 8 hours you can add carrots, onions, garlic, I put in about 1/2-1 lb of chicken heart, any seasonings or anything you want. Cut everything in half and put in peel and all. When done separate the broth from everything else. Throw everything but broth away and put broth in containers. It will turn to a jelly. No worries if jt doesnt on your first time itd still healthy just didnt cook long enough, too much water or not enough chicken feet.
