Borno Elder Forum donates relief materials to victims of insurgency The Borno Elders Forum led by its Chairman Amb. Gaji Galtima had this morning donated relief materials to Gov. Kashim Shettima for onward distribution to all internally displaced persons in the state. The elder said that they were at Government House to donate their widows mite and commiserate with the Governor over the happenings in the State. They assured the Governor that they will not relent in their effort towards seeking the full restoration of peace and prayer for the state. While thanking them for the donation, Gov. Kashim Shettima described their donated as the biggest not for its size but due to the nature of the donors who mostly retired Civil Servants with little or no income. Thank you our elders and may Allah reward abundantly.
