Both Chicago and city in Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh or Philadelphia) will be hit by Nuke EMPs next year. 2 false flags in the works fir 2015. There were 3 false flags via Nuke EMP that were planned for Fall 2013- Summer 2014, which were stopped by top U.S. Military officials. Hopefully these next false flags will be stopped as well. If they do happen, the Federal Government and news media will blame it on Russia.
