Bought my own copy of The 30 Day Diabetes Cure. Starting to read it again. this time I can highlight and make notes! Last year around this time a friend lent me a copy and it DID change my life. I lost 20lbs, quit sodas forever, and felt great. Unfortunately I did not remain as faithful as I wanted. Though I did not regain weight, still only drink water, tea, and coffee (w/ Stevia only), I began making too many holes and did not continue to lose weight. Some of us are a bit hard-headed and old habits die hard. But the Lord says that "He will be our strength". He also says that if "we say to that mountain, MOVE, that it WILL move" in Jesus Name! So I am gearing up to follow the plan again. My sugars are already better and it has only been 2 days. I am not on it completely yet, but starting to add the good and X out those "allowances" that I was choosing. So, again, I ask for prayer, a diligence and focus to get healthy (buffet the body into submission). surrendering it all to the One who gave up ALL for me (Jesus Christ) and to sing His praises as He does His perfect work in me!
