Box Cricket League Opens Tonight – Here’s What You Can Expect From The Opening Episode Nivedita Basu’s Baabu Moshayes Box Cricket League BCL Sony Entertainment Television is premiering the Box Cricket League (BCL) today and it boasts of being one the biggest reality shows India has ever seen. It is India’s first sports based reality show and of course cricket is the main theme, but we will get to see some behind the scenes footage that will showcase all the drama and hard work that goes into the BCL. As we traditionally have seen, cricket is a man’s sport, but this time around, the ladies will also be taking part on the field as well. Over 200 of television’s biggest actors and actresses will be battling it out on the field for the trophy this season. The show is premiering tonight and it’ll open with an amazing performance by Zee TV’s Jodha Akbar’s lead pair, Rajat Tokas and Paridhi Sharma in a beautiful and romantic number. Not only that, we will get to see all eight teams giving us high energy filled performances that are bound to leave the viewers excited for all the upcoming BCL episodes. We aren’t only going to see our television actors performing, but Bollywood actors as well. Sonakshi Sinha and Prabhudeva will be shaking a leg as well to the song ‘Keeda’ from their movie, Action Jackson. The two stars will also have a friendly match between the boys and the girls. It was a sweet and friendly match as the girls wanted to bowl first, but the toss up ensured that the boys would bowl first. The boys decided to let the girls bowl after some deliberation. With the help of the boys team, the girls ended up winning the match! Once the actual matches start, we can forget about seeing ‘friendly’ matches as the players will get down to business.
