BoxFit as back at Rodmersham Village Hall tonight 8-9pm and every Wednesday for the remainder of the year. As before, correct techniques, realistic combinations, a few dodgy jokes and a bit of a waffle, all for £5. Suitable for all ages, levels of ability and fitness.
