Boys & girls of Greenwich Village, New York City, who were a grand bunch of kids who *had to fight to live*..., 1910s, Willis J. Donahue (born 1898, my grandfather, >Dad, photographer unknown). Probably somewhere on the East River, or possibly Coney Island. The family lived on Bleecker Street, later Hells Kitchen, according to 1900 and 1910 census. Among the Irish who arrived in mid-1800s and before (not able to trace original Donahue). I guess I should add a copyright? ©Anoosh J Donahue 2014
