We are now happy to announce that at last, we, the Brahmins of India, possibly got Ashirwad of Lord Shri Bhagawan Parshuram to hold Brahmin Rastriya Adhiveshan to His Most Holy Legendary Place (PARSHURAM KUND, Arunachal Pradesh, the land of rising Sun). We, on behalf of the members of the Purbouttar Bahubhasik Brahman Mahasabha (including Vedacharya Shri Moreswar Vinayak Ghaisas Guruji, President, All India Bahubhasiya Brahmin Nyash) visited Parshuram Kshetra (Brahma Kund / Parshuram Kund) at Lohit District of Arunachal Pradesh during Parashuram Kund Mela on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti (12- 16 January, 2015) and sought His Blessings. We are fortunate to inform that many unsolved matters on holding National Brahmin Convention are now apparently resolved with satisfaction. Accordingly Great Parshuram Kund Brahmin Rastriya Adhiveshan has now finally been decided to be held on 10, 11 & 12 April, 2015 at Tinsukia (Assam) and at Parshuram Kund (Arunachal Pradesh), as per programme to be notified shortly. For entering Arunachal Pradesh, each participant would require ‘Inner Line Permit’ (ILP) issued by the competent authority of the State Government of Arunachal Pradesh. So there is a need for Application in Format of the Govt. of Arunachal Pradesh (Application Form attached) along with Photo copy of address proof: Driving license (DL)/ Elector Photo Identity Card (EPIC) / Permanent Residential Certificate (PRC) / Passport etc. in addition to 2 (two) copies of passport size photograph and Application processing fees. To bear the expenditure towards ILP and expense of Bus mode of common transportation from Tinsukia, Assam (last Rail and air heads being Tinsukia and Dibrugarh respectively) to Parshuram Kund, Lohit District, Arunachal Pradesh and back same day (165 km - 5 hours journey each way); community fooding & lodging at Tinsukia during Adhiveshan days (10, 11 & 12), it has been decided to charge a gross amount as Registration fees amounting to Rs. 3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) for each male/ female participant for the Adhiveshan. While sending Application form for Inner Line Permit, there should be separate forwarding letter addressed to the WORKING PRESIDENT of the Organizing Committee for Parshuram Kund Rastriya Adhiveshan, (Shri Suresh Pareek, Tinsukia Ph: 09435134022) giving name, address and other details of participants, enclosures, remittance (mode, date of deposit) for information and necessary action of the Organizing Committee. There are few Hotels and Lodges available at Tinsukia Town, a district Head quarter. If any of the participants are interested to stay at their own expense instead of community lodging, they may contact Shri ROSHANLAL BHARDWAJ, GENERAL SECRETARY, LOCAL ORGANIZING COMMITTEE, TINSUKIA, ASSAM (Phone: 09435009807) and arrange their advance booking with the local commercial hotels or lodges, as per tariff rate of the respective hotel. In no case, however, Fees meant for Inner Line Permit, Registration, transportation etc. would be waived or reduced. As all logistics are available under various local constraints in this remote corner of India, it has been decided to register very limited number of participants from each state of India, on first come first serve basis. Therefore each participant may require routing their application through respective state wise Brahmin organizations. However individual may apply directly on filling up the Requisite Application form, with intimation to any of the Brahmin organization located within his or her state, who in turn, should communicate and confirm the list of approved participants before the last date of Registration (21 February 2015).
