Bread Tags for Wheelchairs Wembley College has decided to support the ‘Bread Tags for Wheelchairs’ initiative. Louise Hill is requesting the support of the community in helping with the collection of the tags that close the plastic bags around loaves of bread. For every 50kg of tags that are collected, a wheelchair can be purchased for underprivileged paraplegics. We do appeal to everyone to start collecting and also to talk to businesses that use bread, in order to collect theirs as well. Please send the tags to your child’s class teacher for collecting and weighing. We will keep you informed as to how we are doing.
