Breakfast - My thought on breakfast is that I want to stay in that fat buring zone in the morning. Why wake up and consume carbs and cause the storage hormone, insuline to be released? My 1st meal consists of a lean protein, essential fats, and vegtable. The essential fats keep my blood sugar stable, gives me ton of energy, and keeps my body in that fat burning zone. Everyone has a different belief and everyone has a unique and individual body and goal. This is what works best for me and what my body responds best to.
