Breakfast HEB weetabix and a sliced banana. Lunch a bowl of yesterdays veggie soup for superfree first. Then an amaze pizza topped omelette. Perfect red day lunch, reduced fat cheese is a HEA. I only had tiny bit. Theres superfree in the omelette too. Dessert was chopped pineapple, 1/2 choc shot and 1/2 cherry Greek muller. Its my group tonight. Were going to have a supercharged image therapy night!!! I really want everyone to leave mega fired up!! Have a great day x
