Breaking News - Paul Paraka of the Paraka Lawyers has been arrested by the Investigation Task force sweep team and Police fraud Squad at Kupiano village outside Central province and he is being taken into Port Moresby to be formally interviewed and charged at the Konedobu fraud Squad office this morning. Two other lawyers, who the task force says orchestrated his payouts were arrested as well in Mt Hagen. Task force swep confirmed it this morning. It comes as PNG Finance Minister James Marape said this week too, Paraka lawyers were paid and he should owe up the investigations team. The law firm also failed to stop his arrest and investigations into his law firm in the district, nationa nd supreme courts last week. He remains innocent until proven guilty and taken to court.
