This is my ALS bucket challenge. Before AdvoCare a. I wouldnt have posted this because I was not comfortable with my body then b. I couldnt have donated anything because I needed that money to support us. With AdvoCare I have never felt so much better about me. I have realized I dont need a model body I need to feel comfortable in my body and now I do. I have learned to change my eating habits and put good core nutrition in my body. Second with the extra income we make, I am able to pay it forward a little bit and that in itself is a blessing. If this is something you need then let me share with you. #advocare #changedmylife
