Breaking News: I took a picture of SPCA worker and several white cars out front. Martin identified her as the woman who took his dog and definitely identified her car. Also at 2:15 pm today a woman called Liz reported that at 1:30 pm at the on ramp of the Foresthill Bridge, a small tan chihuahua was running and stopping traffic. A woman in a red car made a u turn to get it but a older couple in a white truck with a camper shell stopped, and the man opened his, door, called it and it jumped in. Liz said the dog looked an awful like Scrappy.
